Spirit Air Diaper Bag Policy

So, how big can your diaper bag be? Well, Spirit Air says it's got to fit under the seat or in the overhead bin, which is roughly 18 x 14 x 8 inches. That's like trying to squeeze a small elephant into a tiny car (okay, maybe not that small, but you get the idea). Just remember, if it's too big, you'll have to gate-check it, which is just a fancy way of saying "we're taking your baby's stuff, and you'll get it back... eventually".

Now, you might be wondering what counts as a diaper bag. Well, Spirit Air says it's any bag that's "reasonably necessary" for your baby's care. So, if you're like me and you pack an entire change of clothes, a lunch, and a small library for your tiny human, you're probably good to go. But if you're packing a portable diaper-changing station or a diaper-themed pinata, you might need to rethink your strategy.
