Leaving your pet is never easy, but Birchwood makes the process feel almost… nice. The check-in is smooth, the paperwork is minimal, and they send you a text update within the first 24 hours. “Fergus has settled in, had a good walk, and is currently trying to befriend a spaniel.” That text is worth its weight in gold.

You can also call during reception hours to check in. No canned messages or “we’ll get back to you.” Just a calm voice assuring you that your fur child is fine and has already claimed the best bed.
