Most of the outdoor scenes were shot around Southern California, specifically in the San Fernando Valley and the Santa Clarita area. The town of Agua Dulce stood in for many small-town scenes. It’s so quiet and dusty that you half expect to see Gemma walking a dog while plotting something.
